The IT Works grant management system, designed for both pre-award and post-award grant administrators, monitors pending proposals and active grants. It includes essential tracking reports that are available in a variety of formats and are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of users.
IT Works provides a pre-award grant management system for the macro-level management of pending grants and research projects. Our grant management system tracks information such as: budget period, project period, agency deadline, and submission dates. The grant management system also tracks total direct cost, total indirect cost (F&A), cost sharing, and information regarding principal investigators, co-investigators, investigator effort, proposal type (new, continuation, competitive renewal, supplement, no cost extension, etc), award type (Research Grants (R series), Career Development Awards (K series), Research Training and Fellowships (T & F series),Program Project/Center Grants (P series)), funding agency, agency number and more.
In addition, our grant management system includes compliance monitoring (IRB, IACUC, Safety Boards, Export Control, and more), proposal development, and time and effort reporting software. Within our grant management system, there are tools for proposal development include software for generating current and pending support (or other support) pages. Our grant management system also generates reports that can be used as part an NCI Cancer Center P30 application.
IT Works provides a post-award grant management system for grant tracking and day-to-day project management. Our grant management system incorporates a modular design comprised of grant tracking, accounting, personnel, space and recharge center management software modules.
