Release Notes
IT Works releases a new version of its software each month*. To find out more about the updates and features for a given month, click on the software version number and a detail screen will open. For additional information on a specific feature or to understand how the feature is applicable to your institution, contact your IT Works Account Manager at (919) 232-5332.
*IT Works sends a reminder to clients via email every 3 months to review and schedule software upgrades.
