Overview

Online Management is a web-based reporting system for College Administrator’s Accounting and Personnel Modules. It is extremely easy to use and requires virtually no training. Online Management is designed to deliver our most popular reports to faculty and research staff without the involvement of administrative accounting staff. Using “drill down” technology, faculty can retrieve live information from a database maintained by university or department accounting staff from their own office.

Online Management provides faculty with accounting reports that are easy to interpret. When College Administrator is interfaced to your general ledger system via our electronic import procedures, Online Management can revolutionize the use of your general ledger accounting data. For the first time, your faculty, the people who generate most of your money, can immediately see and understand how much they have left to use.

Demonstration 

Use the link provided below to view a demonstration of Online Management. Examples are provided for two types of users.

1. An Individual Faculty Member

Login Name = samplepi
Password = test

2. A Department or School Administrator

Login Name = sampleadmin
Password = test

There are two differences between these logins. First, the sampleadmin sees more accounts than samplepi. Second, the initial display is different. Sampleadmin first sees a summary of all department research funds by fund type: clinical trials and grants. Drilling down on either fund type will display a list of individual account / fund balances. Samplepi goes straight to the list of individual account / fund balances.
